Please contact leasing office for more information. I lived here for a year without a problem until i moved out. After moving out plenty of time before my move out date they waited until the last day to "inspect" my apartment. After receiving no notice of any fines or confirmation everything was okay, I did not receive my deposit back as it took me calling to find out 2 months later. After calling for the explanation they advised I owed $300 on top on not receiving my deposit back. The charges are - small amounts of ash in the fire place.

It is safe, beautiful, maintenance/service is excellent, and it has been one of the best decisions of my life to have chosen it as my long-term residence. Great staff and the apartment floor plans are wonderful. The apartments are lovely and spacious. The location is good and the complex is quiet. This is a beautiful community to live in. The apartments are nicely laid out with ample space. Ample parking, nearby amenities and a quiet and safe area were the keys to my choosing this apartment.

"claiming" of a dog being in the house when I never had a dog, and for a smudge on the fridge shelving. This place schemes for extra money where ever they can. Perfect location to shopping, expressways.
